The GensCorp Enterprise Managed Services provides a comprehensive integrated trouble ticketing system that lets both users and engineers enter and edit trouble tickets for a managed machine. Files and screenshots may be attached to the trouble ticket entries to provide engineers with detailed information in order to resolve issues.

 

Ticket categories can be customized for priority levels, and status definitions to meet the client’s needs. The GEMS trouble ticketing system has a policy based email notification system that alerts our engineers automatically.
